Last Week's Workout
More Hills
For those of you who missed the workout on November 17, we ran in the unseasonably warm weather outside. It was a short jog to Spooner Street where a two and a half block uphill was the workout. We went hard on the uphill, then recovered back down the hill. Repeated eight times.

This Week
We will be meeting AT THE SHELL this Wednesday and every Wednesday for the rest of winter. (The Shell spans Monroe/Randall intersection to Breese/Monroe off of the back of Camp Randall.) You need your ID to get in and we will meet in front of the vending machines. There are lockers available if you need them.
Additional Workouts
Sunday run, 3:30pm. Meet @ The Shell. 4-10 miles outdoors

Friday run-meet at 3:30 pm at the Memorial Union

If you are interested in swimming, Matt from our club swims every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm at the SERF. Email him if you are interested (frenchie1of01@hotmail.com).

Kelli Hayes runs on Monday mornings if anyone would like to join her. Email her at kellihayes@wisc.edu to work out a time and place to meet.

Are there any other times people run during the week? Let us know and we'll tell everyone else in the club so if anyone is interested they can join you.
Club Committees
Wednesday we will talk about the different committees people can join as part of the club. These would take effect next semester, but we would like to have them in place beforehand, so start thinking about them. We will explain what each committee does at the Wednesday workout.

Jingle Bells 5K and 10K Runs
Saturday, December 11; 5K and 10K Run/Walk; Vilas Park; 11am start; forms due THIS WEDNESDAY. The form can be downloaded at http://www.arthritis.org/images/chapters/WI/madreg.pdf. Cost is $5- club race and a great pre-finals run.
Finnish Five Mile
Saturday, December 18; 5 mile run; Nautigal Rest., Madison (not a club race)
